Today Biotex is undoubtedly one of the most popular IVF clinics in Ukraine. In this article, we will try to learn the reasons of its popularity and cover all the pros and cons of applying to this clinic for IVF programs and surrogacy in Ukraine. Our goal is to help people, who are currently considering this clinic make a decision that suites them best.
The Biotexcom clinic began its history approximately 10 years ago working only with couples from several countries in Europe, but today it has grown into one of the leaders in its field of activity and it has so many couples from all over the world (mainly from Europe), that it has ran into the necessity of expanding its resources in order to cope with the overwhelming current of clients effectively.
So why is it so popular and attractive? What is the secret of Biotex.com? Biotex has invented the never seen before all-inclusive unlimited packages, which together with affordable prices and a decent level of services created an efficient success formula. This clinic has become a tough rival for its competitors and an IVF giant in Ukraine.
But as we all know, every medal has two sides and nothing remains the same. We have some experience of our own with this clinic (good and bad) and we know there is a lot of controversial information on the internet and battles on the forums about it. It may be hard to squeeze the essence and get to the core, but we’ll try. So let’s get to Pros and Cons.
Biotex Pros
It is always a pleasure to write about the strong sides of a reproductive clinic and BioTex Com sure has them.
1. The Doctors.
The first strong side of this fertility treatment facility is highly professional doctors and reproductive specialists (as well as modern equipment). They are really qualified and work for the result. Off course this isn’t the only clinic with high-class professionals in Ukraine, but in medical facilities, a lot depends on the doctors and it’s always good to know that they deserve your trust and are capable of doing their job right. And good doctors in IVF means high success rate!
2. Accommodation.
Biotex packages have accommodation and food included! This is definitely an attractive and convenient feature. The quality of accommodation and food depends on the package you choose though. You have to take the most expensive package to become a resident of the luxury Venice hotel and if you take a regular package, you will face a more modest 2-3 Star hotel. With the cheapest packages you will have to share a shower and a kitchen in a house with many other couples.
3. All-inclusive Packages.
The most attractive part in the services of this clinic is the all-inclusive packages for surrogacy in Ukraine that are intended to take care of all the possible stress, complicated paper work and possible issues. Sadly, it definitely was like that in the beginning, but it looks like they cannot hold the level of services as high as before anymore and fulfill all the given promises. If you are looking for a very cheap surrogacy program in Ukraine, you are in the right place, but be ready to compensate the low price with your own time, solving the numerous possible issues. If you are a businessman or you have a tight working schedule that will not allow you to be away from your work for a long time or there is no possibility to handle a lot of issues regarding your program by yourself, the cheapest packages should not be your choice!
Biotex Cons
Unfortunately, nothing is ideal in this world and there are certainly some unsatisfied couples with their negative biotexcom experience on the forums. We can’t trust every written word on the forums but we’ll try to cover some general problems of Biotex so let’s get to the weaknesses of this clinic:
1. Lack of attention to every couple. The managers are overwhelmed with work today. They are often tired and physically can’t give enough time and attention to each client.
2. Slow communication. Sometimes it takes a week or even more for a manager to respond to an email of a new client.
3. Long waiting time that might reach 6-9 month between attempts. For some couples, this may not be an issue, but for many others, time is one of the most important aspects and waiting for 6-9 months for the next attempt may be a serious problem for them. If you take the most expansive package, your first procedure will be very fast though. If you are lucky you will get a positive result from the first try in 2 months-time.
4. The clinic staff turnover and lack of experienced managers causes many other unpredictable problems during the programs.
In general, the clinic cannot cope with the current quantity of clients efficiently. The size and staff of this clinic do not allow to handle the big number of patients that it encounters today, as a result the administration, organization, communication and attention level looses the quality and sometimes lead to various other problems. While this is a normal thing for a growing IVF clinic, we don’t know when the clinic will solve these problems.
Sadly, we had to stop cooperation with this clinic because at some point it has become impossible to meet our commitments for our clients and it was extremely difficult to have a positive contact with the head management and with the direction. We don’t think it will be right to show all the details, but we had our reasons. This clinic is not bad and we hope it will overcome its problems in time and we wish them a successful future, but unfortunately it doesn’t match our demands and standards at the moment.
